Personal Data Protection and Processing Disclosure Text (PDPL)

Citys Gayrimenkul Geliştirme A.Ş. ("Data Controller" and/or "Company") takes all necessary technical and administrative security measures at the maximum level to ensure that your personal data are processed, stored and shared in compliance with the law and to protect your privacy.

In this context, the Company processes your personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL") and relevant legislation, in line with the principles set out in Article 4 of the PDPL:

  • Being lawful and fair,
  • Being accurate and up-to-date when necessary,
  • Being processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes,
  • Being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purpose of processing,
  • Being retained for the period stipulated by relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed

in accordance with these principles. The purpose of this Disclosure Text is to inform you, pursuant to Article 10 of the PDPL, about the collection methods of your personal data, processing purposes, recipients of transfer, legal grounds and your rights.

Pursuant to the PDPL, your personal data are collected and processed by Citys Gayrimenkul Geliştirme A.Ş. as the data controller within the scope explained below.

2. PERSONAL DATA CATEGORIES AND PROCESSING PURPOSES

Your personal data are collected by the Company through fully or partially automated methods, or non-automated methods provided that they are part of any data recording system:

  • Via the Company's website in electronic environment,
  • Through live support, call center or e-mail channels,
  • Through printed forms, notification or postal mail in physical environment,
  • Where transmitted by legal authorities

The Company processes your personal data based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL:

  • Expressly provided for by law,
  • Necessary for the Company to fulfill its legal obligations,
  • Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
  • Necessary for the Company's legitimate interests,
  • Made public by you,
  • Necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
  • Your explicit consent

2.1 Processed Personal Data

Identity Information: Name-surname, date of birth, gender

Contact Information: Address, phone, e-mail

Professional Experience: Company worked at, title

Customer Transaction Information: Reference information, financial information

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company processes your personal data in line with the principles of "need to know" and "need to use," by ensuring data minimization and taking necessary technical and administrative measures.

For the purpose of conducting and auditing business activities, ensuring business continuity and operating digital infrastructures, your personal data may be shared with certain third parties. In this context, the Company may work with business partners and service providers.

If you register on the Company's website, your data may be recorded in systems provided by infrastructure suppliers whose servers are located abroad, for the purpose of storage, archiving and ensuring information security processes. In this context, your personal data may be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the PDPL and by taking necessary technical and administrative measures.

Except for the above, your personal data will not be shared with third parties.

4. YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT

Within the scope of Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the following rights:

  1. To learn whether your personal data are processed,
  2. To request information if they have been processed,
  3. To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in line with that purpose,
  4. To know the third parties to whom they are transferred,
  5. To request correction if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  6. To request deletion or destruction,
  7. To object to analysis through automated systems,
  8. To request compensation if you suffer damage.

Your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the PDPL Board may be charged.

If your application is rejected, a reasoned response will be notified to you and your right to complain to the Board is reserved.

  • Name-surname and signature,
  • Turkish ID number / passport information,
  • Notification address,
  • Contact information,
  • Subject of the request

5. UPDATING THE DISCLOSURE TEXT

The Company may make changes to this Disclosure Text in line with changing legislation and service conditions. You can access the current text on the Company's website.
